Hi!

I have an old project (large one/6 level office building) that I was told it has parts missing/not up to date. But nobody can tell me what part of the project is not accurate. After googling around I found two different products that claim reconstruction ability. One is IT-gmbh.de's "IT tools for ETS3" and another is bb-steuerungstechnik.de's "EIB-Doktor". I tend to believe that EIB-Doktor is more bang for the money, but not sure witch one is better for reconstruction purposes.

Can somebody write they own experience in KNX reconstruction please?

Thanks in advance, Zoli

Tambien, that's thread conclusion is "Just program it from scratch". Why do you think that it has a answer to my question?

What I need is someone's personal experience with one or both products. I can put together a 10 device test application to test wit IT-tools demo but that won't give me a clue how would perform on couple hundred device project. The other even can't be tested because it rely on external hardware.

It's not a problem to buy tool worth of couple hundred euros, but I cant justify buying two different tools for the same use.
