here's the C/P from

https://onlineshop.knx.org/Replacement_key_Dongle?

but it's secure page with log on required so I'm posting it

*Dongle replacement (lost dongle)

If you ever lose your dongle your ETS will come back to demo mode. You can ask for a replacement dongle and license key which will be charged 125€ (upgrade license) or 250€ (full license) . Please note that after one replacement for lost dongle, further replacements will cost you half the price of a full license (450€). So be careful to keep it in a safe place at all times.

NOTE : If replacements for lost dongle are too repetitive please note that KNX Association is liable to ask for a full price license renewal !

Damaged dongle

If your dongle is broken or damaged, you can get a replacement for free. To do so you have to :

Send an email to Sales@knx.org informing us of that situation, together with yout customer number or dongle-ID Send us back the dongle by post.

As soon as the dongle is received we send you another one free of charge

Stolen dongle

If your dongle has been stolen, it can be replaced. You can ask for a replacement dongle and license key which will be charged 100€ Neverhteless, please note that for such a replacement an official copy of the complaint made at the police station must be sent to us by fax.

Without an official document the price applied will be the one of a lost dongle instead. Even after reception of the official document, KNX Association keeps the right to accept or refuse the replacement as “stolen dongle”.*
