I am having problems with my ETS4 on my computer (Windows XP OS). I can access the program, open & close the databases but when I am trying to communicatiom page, The following message appears: 'An Internal Error Occured. The Process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process' Click OK The Licence is OK I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling the program but the same message appeared again. If anyone has experience this problem i like to hear from them. Thanks |

I have not yet used ETS4 so I can not provide direct help on the issue but you can try the following utilities that may help you to track what kind of file ETS4 is trying to open and what process is locking that file. ProcessActivityView v1.11 ( see http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/process_activity_view.html ). It creates a summary of all files and folders that the selected process tries to access. OpenedFilesView v1.46 ( seehttp://www.nirsoft.net/utils/opened_files_view.html ). View opened/locked files in your system (sharing violation issues) Hope this can help EB |
