Hi, I'm trying to make a connection with KNX network from outside using Weinzeirl KNX/IP router (750). The router EDIMAX has virtual server, where I'm making port 3671 forwarding. But it doesn't work.

I've read that connection parameters is: port 3671 protocol UDP.

Is it possible, that edimax router doesn't support UDP protocol so it is reason why I can't make a connection?

Try to forward both TCP and UDP. Check also that you have NAT-support enabled in ETS connection manager. For further troubleshooting you can use Wireshark tool

Just be be clear are you trying to access via KNX/IP tunneling or KNX/IP routing?

The former one (tunneling) should work fine if you open the port on your roter and/or firewall and manually configure an UDP port forwarding to your KNX/IP Router.

However I've heard from a colleague from swiss that the ETS 3 has / had a bug related to external tunneling. Can anyone shed light on this ETS behavior? If true which versions exactly?

ETS3 doesn't have NAT support, you have "EIBnetIP_NAT_Support-Program" for that.you can find it here:

I've got also some problem about it. I don't wont to connect ETS over internet, but i would like to connect an Android Application. In LAN there's no problem, outside I can't connect.

Is it possible that this is a problem on NAT-support? How can I enable it? Just flag on "Configure Interface"?

Don't get it. can you connect from internet by ETS? if no, then your network isn't configured right. if yes, than the problem is in your phone, but you didn't give any info on app you use to connect.
