Hello

Has anyone already tried to integrate and control via KNX the Philips LivingColors led lamp (dimmable multicolor led lamp)?

I'm talking about the second generation lamp.

We can read on the manual that the shipped remote control operates witht the IEEE 802.15.4 protocol (ZigBee I think).

I have found on the net someone that already made a hack to control it via a PC, see http://www.knutsel.org/?s=philips+living+colors&lang=en but have found no reference to knx integration.

At the moment you can only control the 1st generation lamps. The 2nd generation lamps seem to use encrypted zigbee.

I expect phlips will sell some kind of device to control the lamps sooner or later. But then again, I expected them to do this for the 1st generation lamps too.

Believing you are the owner of the domain from where I initialy digged the hacking information I mentioned in my question I can only encourage you to do it for the Philips 2nd generation Living Colors lamp. Go for it knutsel :-)
