I´m a little bit curious on high-end audio-control with KNX. Does anyone know how integrated the Revox system is with KNX or if it´s only the GIRA design that makes it look integrated.

Thank´s for the quick reply, now I´m a little bit wiser. Do you know what KNX design is shown in the document. I does not look like GIRA?

I'm sure the frames are by Jung. However, Feller also supply a range of frames too. It could possibly be their range.

Does it need to be REVOX? I was looking to this as well 4 years ago but because it looks like a black box to me I looked for other high-end audio. The only thing you need is a serial RS232 port that can be used for bi-directional communication and not only for a firmware upgrade. There are a lot of KNX serial converters on the marked now, ho you can program yourself or already prepared for you. For the moment I already installed: NAD, Harmon-kardon, Rotel, marantz, Yamaha. As a system integrator I don’t want to waste my time on it for programming. For me it’s important that it works from the first time I install the interface. I sure when you Google for KNW and serial interface you will find a lot. The one I’m using it from Domotechnology in Belgium. http://www.domotechnology.be/gateways.html

I guess you should be able to control it via the Ethernet interface M202 and a standard visualization. Does anyone have a link to the "RAW" protocol? We might be able to implement a custom driver... R.
